It's a regularly scheduled work day and I'm at home, even if it means I have to work on Saturday.
I get to pick Darren up from the airport after he's been out of town for work all week.
It's warm enough to use the pool!
I can find my tweezers.
My nail polish isn't chipped.
I actually make it to the gym. It feels so good but I still can't seem to make it more than once a week.
Beeps doesn't hiss at or scratch me.
The latest Nordstrom catalog arrives in the mail.
I have something yummy to eat at a new restaurant.
I get an email from a new reader who loves Brass Honey :).
I get to enjoy my morning coffee and am not feeling rushed because I hit snooze one too many times.
Now do tell, what makes it a good day for you?
Unchipped nail polish is so rare, but it's a very happy thing indeed!
ReplyDeleteunchipped nail polish always makes for a good day. I have yet to find a really good nail polish. Being able to actually enjoy coffee in the morning is always a plus. Most days I just feel rushed. And I love getting new readers on my blog and when people comment and say they actually like the things I've blogged about. I do it for myself but it is still nice when I know others enjoy what I write.
ReplyDeleteLove this! Hmmm...let's see, a good day is when my schedule is clear and I can do whatever I want. A good day is when I get t o meet friends out for drinks. A good day is when my daughters bickering is minimal. A good day is when my husband and I get away for a date night (so rare!). Hope you have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI don't think my nail polish is ever NOT chipped, sigh! Female fail ;-) Thanks for linking up!
ReplyDeleteWell, my nail polish is chipped but its a good day because I got paid today so can go get a mani!
ReplyDeleteAww! Sad I totally missed this linkup :( boo. Unchipped nails of course. Gyming is a tough gig! I definitely need to get back to exercising now that hols are over, I put on 6lb!! But I ain't feeling one bit bad about it, all that good food was worth it lol.
