Nordstrom February Into The Blue Picks

Yea!  It's the most wonderful time of the month, my Nordstrom catalog arrived.  It was hard to narrow down my picks this month.  Spring is definitely on the horizon and everything just looks and feels so fresh.  Enjoy friends.

So you may have caught on by now, I have a thing for gold shoes.  When I saw these Halogen flats, I got all excited.  The stripe pair are super cute too aren't they?

And yes, yes and yes.  I love this outfit head to toe, but the skirt is especially dreamy.  Bailey 44 is a bit pricy but the brand puts out such great quality pieces, I can justify the price.

I actually screamed repeatedly when I say this Burberry wrap watch.  By far my favorite item in this month's catalog.  Now imagine me yelling "D, D, D, come in here.  Get off the hopper already.  I've got to show you this."  Ha, poor guy.  I really do need this watch, hello, anniversary present!

Hello hot cubicle worker.  This look is amazing, but I'm especially loving the slit pants,  I mean talk about taking a basic to a whole new level.  The shoes are absolutely gorgeous too!  Promotion please.

Woohoo, and last but not least, Caslon shorts are back.  Ladies, if you're old like me and you don't want to prance around town wearing daisy dukes, these are your shorts!  P.S. this is a public service announcement, please don't wear cotton shorts with high heels, you just look silly.

Take a look at this months catalog and let me know what caught your eye.  XO

Nordstrom New Year's Revelation Picks

It's the most wonderful time of the month!  I got January's Nordstrom catalog in the mail on Monday and couldn't wait to go to town.  I mean how cute is there play on words, New Year's Revelation.  I fricken love it!  I know the Pantone color of the year is is Radiant Orchid (aka purple) but my eye is clearly drawn to all things blue.

\
This Halogen knit dress is a staple and total workhorse.  Better yet, it's only $99.  I have a very similar dress (worn here) in black that I have on regular rotation.  It's polished and professional enough to wear to work, yet it easily transition for dinner and drinks.

Have you guys heard of the brand Hinge?  If you haven't, let me tell you they make the best jackets!  I'm still pining over a Hinge jacket I missed out on 3 Nordstrom Anniversary Sales ago (insert sad face here).  I've had my eye on a field jacket for awhile now and I think this one just might be it.  After the January Spending Freeze is over of course.  Yep, at $88 dollars I'm pretty sure it's a steal!

Loving these Kate Spade watches.  The only problem here is deciding which color I like best.  What do you think?  Do you like the white or the green?

Pipe dream.  Christmas is over and Santa aint coming back for a long time.  I love every piece, but especially the necklace.  Amazing!

God, you've got to go check out the catalog images of these booties.  The second I saw them worn (granted by a gorgeous model) I wined...BECAUSE I WANT THEM.  Look at me being such a bargain shopper this month.  These are just a smidge under $100 too.

And then she goes in for the kill.  I was so pissed when I saw these.  I was in Nordstrom buying leather protector for these beauties when I spotted the red leather.  I hate you Tory Burch.

Nordstrom Holiday Gift-It Guide

Hello friends!  So I know last week I said I'd have my picks from the November Nordstrom catalog, but seeing as how November is behind us, I figured I'd skip on ahead to December's Gift-it Guide.  You guys don't mind right, besides nobody likes to live in the past.

So, I was at my local Nordstrom on Saturday, and let me just say, the place looked amazing.  I love seeing my favorite department store all decked out for the holidays!  I especially loved that they had little gift tables set up in each department with great gift giving ideas (a lot of which were under $100).
I was walking through handbags when I spotted this fun piece.  For $34 it's the perfect stocking stuffer or gift for a girlfriend.

Fuzzy sweaters haven't been this big since I was in Jr. High.  I'm personally loving their comeback, but I have yet to find "the one".  I picked up this Anthropologie sweater a few months back, but ended up returning it because it was way too boxy.  I think this sweater definitely has potential and lets face it, I'm a sucker for a heart print.  Side note, at 34 am I too old for a heart print?

I featured this infinite love necklace in my What A Girl Wants, For Christmas post and I have it on good authority that it will be mine!  It's been on my wishlist all year and I still love it.

Burberry watch, this was one of those look at the brand and price only after you've fallen totally in love.  Never a good idea.

Jo Malone, because I can NEVER decide which scent I want most so I end up walking away empty handed.  This is brilliant.

I wanted these TOMS booties so bad last Fall, but they sold out right away and then never came back in stock.  When I saw them at my local Nordstrom in August, I immediately purchased a pair in taupe.  I haven't stopped wearing them since.  They go with just about anything  and are so comfortable.

Nordstrom is killing it in their home department this year.  First with the Spoon Me pillow, and now with this.  Flip it over and the pillow reads "Not Tonight".  So fricken cute.

I'll be dreaming of these bad boys for years to come, always wishing I had them.  How often do you see gold boots.  I love you Tory Burch.

And last but not least, this super expensive but gorgeous Eileen Fisher sweater.  When I'm rich, I'll have one for everyday of the week!

Browse the Nordstrom Gift-It Guide and let me know what your favorite piece is.  Have a great day all!
